Contest rules

1. Organiser

Contact details: Tallberginkatu 2 a, 00180 Helsinki (hereinafter “Organiser”) The Organiser can organise a competition in cooperation with commercial partners whose names have been indicated in connection with the competition (hereinafter Partners). 2. Eligibility to participate

All private individuals over the age of 18 can participate in the competition, excluding those working for the Organiser [or Partner] and participating in the organisation of this competition, and family members of such individuals.

3. Period of participation

The period of participation is from 18th July until 18th August 2025.

4. Participating in the competition

The competition can be participated in on the competition website.

5. Prizes

The prize is 2 tickets to Damiano David’s concert in Berlin, taking place on September 13th 2025 at Uber Eats Music Hall. Travel and accomodation are not included with the concert tickets. The prize can’t be exchanged for money.

6. Winning the competition

If the winning notice or prize is returned to the Organiser due to incorrect details or another delivery problem, or if the winner of the competition has violated these rules or has otherwise acted illegally, this will result in disqualification. The Organiser has the right to remove any participants of the competition who aim to misuse the competition by altering the results or lottery probabilities.

7. Responsibility of the Organiser

The Organiser shall pay the legally regulated tax on lottery proceeds for the prize mentioned in these rules. The prize winner shall be responsible for any other costs related to the acceptance or use of the prize, or for participating in the competition. The prize winner shall release the Organiser [and Partner] from all responsibility which is caused, or which is claimed to have been caused, due to participating in the competition or accepting the prize.  The prize winner shall also release the Organiser [and Partner] from all responsibility concerning the later use of the prize and any faults occurring to it, as well as all responsibility concerning injuries or damage which is caused, or claimed to have been caused, due to participating in this competition or due to accepting or using the prize.  This freedom of responsibility does not however weaken the consumer’s rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act.
The Organiser’s liability towards the participants shall not exceed the value or amount of the prize mentioned in these rules. By participating in this competition, the participants agree to observe these competition rules and the Organiser’s decisions. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these rules by notifying them on the competition’s website.

8. Processing of personal data and using them in direct marketing

Personal data collected in connection with the competition may be used for direct marketing in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Personal data collected in connection with the competition can also be used for electronic direct marketing, if the participant has provided consent for this.
